Grammar TEC is on the lookout for an outsanding Admin Manager who can keep our club moving like a well-oiled scrum machine. If you love tidy spreadsheets, smooth systems, and seeing a to-do list disappear faster than a sausage on club day, you might even be our next MVP off-the-field.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the organisational backbone of the club, supporting the GM and Management Committee with:
Calendars, meetings, minutes and magically making reports appear on time,
Invoicing, payments and keeping Xero happier than a coach after a traditional rivalry win,
Grant funding applications and accountability (bonus points if you can speak fluent funder),
Keeping our records tidy and our processes sharp,
Helping make events run smoothly — without having to actually run.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Xero experience (non-negotiable),
Grant funding experience preferred — if you know your way around funding portals, we already like you,
Someone organised, reliable and unflappable.
A good communicator who can work independently… but also handle the chaos of club life with a smile.
The Role
10 hours per week, flexible,
$35.00-$40.00 per hour, dependent on experience,
A chance to be part of a club that’s proud of its history and even prouder of its people.
Training will be provided and a full-handover will also be organsied.
