With the profile of 7's rugby being elevated to unprecedented heights, Grammar TEC Rugby has developed a high performance 7's program commensurate with this profile.
Popular with school leavers looking to introduce themselves into the senior ranks, and players looking to get back into rugby after a lengthy lay-off, 7's rugby utilises the same technical skills as its 15 aside cousin but has tactical and conditioning elements which are unique and demand specialist attention.
